Get Trapped

This project begins with a personal observation: the quiet pressure of being seen. It explores how excessive self-awareness shapes the way I move, behave, and exist in public space. Through objects, gestures, and spatial experiments, the work reflects on how my body has learned to be careful—how embarrassment, hesitation, and the desire to appear “appropriate” have become instinctive. Rather than seeking liberation, the project dwells in this tension, tracing the subtle boundaries between self-protection and self-erasure, between awareness and anxiety.
