Letter to the Dead centers on the act of writing a letter to someone who is no longer here. Using clay as a material medium, the project gives form to emotions that can be touched, sealed, and sent. It is not a work about death itself, but about how love continues after loss. In this project, I am both the writer and the organizer: my individual action invites collective participation. Through writing, enclosing, and dispatching these letters, participants reconnect with unfinished words and explore new ways for affection to persist.
