When people's focus on travel shifts away from scenery and experience, travel becomes a collection of fragmented online photos and personal image production. As individuality diminishes during the journey, the essence of a person's existence can become blurred.
This project likens tourists who lose their individuality in Chupian tourism to emotionless, visual-only electronic machine, audience can interact with the machine and the projection, constructing scenes of people’s behavior in front of electronic landscapes observed by these electronic entities.
It’s aims to evoke resonance and reflection about the Chupian tourism,which is driven by consumerism, from the audience.
