One Minute Self is a daily practice of pausing for one minute and turning that moment into a physical trace using cyanotype on fabric.
The project began from a personal question: If every day is rushing forward, what happens if I stop—just for one minute?
Through repetition, the pause became more than a gesture. It revealed tension, hesitation, discipline, and the subtle negotiation between the body and daily routines.

Each minute is created through a simple system:
one minute of stillness + one minute of exposure = one trace shaped by the day.
Over time, these traces formed an archive—small fragments of presence stored in a cabinet.
The archive treats each piece not as an artwork, but as a unit of time.

The work invites the viewer to read time structurally, rather than visually:
to see how time leaves marks, how routines enter the body, and how a quiet pause can become a method of understanding our relationship to the systems we live within.
