CRACKS IN THE BODY

This work emerges from an experience of bodily rupture and repair. Surgery, rehabilitation, and persistent pain render the body no longer self-evident, but a continuously rewritten interface. Through the interplay of imaging, light, and tactile structures, I aim to present a state suspended between healing and incompleteness: the body is fragile yet extending outward, both itself and in ongoing connection with technology, the environment, and the viewer.
The work does not seek to reproduce pain, but to invite viewers to share in the subtle vibrations and extensions of the body under technological intervention. It is both proximity and distancea posthuman state of the body, extending through its cracks and continuously generating itself.
