Under the hypothesis, we share a memory of war that feels like déjà vu and explore how political protest can be reused to rebuild our identity.Taiwan has a long history of intense and theatrical political actions. These expressions come from years of suppressed feelings and struggles to be heard, making democratic values deeply important for this small island.
This project looks at how we, as Taiwanese people, might use political resistance and performance to fight for our identity.
