Haokun’s project investigates how historical narratives and collective memory are reshaped in the era of AI-generated content. Through film analysis, social experiments, and visual reconstruction presented as an AI video essay, it traces how people once relied on logic, education, and mainstream media to discern historical truth—and how this mechanism collapses as AIGC decentralizes the power to rewrite history. Through metaphorical spatial installations and interwoven “historical” imagery, the project questions the reliability of mediated memory and reflects on how emotion, algorithms, and technology now shape our perception of the past.
