Inarticulate explores how anxiety manifests through psychosomatic reactions—when emotions take physical form that words fail to express. The project investigates the tension between the invisible mind and the visible body, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of somatic responses caused by anxiety. By combining tactile materials, responsive sound, and immersive imagery, Inarticulate creates an interactive environment where participants can momentarily release physical tension. It serves as both research and refuge—a sensory platform that translates unspoken emotions into tangible experiences, inviting reflection on the connection between emotional regulation and bodily perception.
