This project explores how natural forces shape materials in unpredictable ways. I collected objects like garlic, corn, pumpkin, stone, and mung beans from nature, and poured hot wax or molten silver over them. Letting the materials respond to temperature, gravity, and surface texture, I then cast these forms into metal. Each outcome is a record of the moment it was made—an imprint of nature’s silent intervention. The process is as important as the result, revealing a collaboration between maker and material, chance and control.
